About The Speaker:
AJ Maestas
Founder at Navigate

AJ Maestas is the founder of Navigate, a data-driven consultancy in sports and entertainment.

Over the past 20 years, he has established himself as a trusted advisor to Anheuser-Busch, Visa, ESPN, the NFL, the Chicago Cubs, and other leading organizations on all sides of sports and entertainment. He has been in the room for negotiations totaling billions of dollars, and has worked on deals with lasting impacts beyond the financials, including franchise relocation, conference realignment, and naming-rights sponsorships.

AJ is a Sports Business Journal Forty Under 40 winner, a frequent speaker at conferences and events, and host of the Navigating Sports Business podcast, which has featured commissioners, coaches, and CEOs. He has also given a TEDx Talk covering the topic of sports as a means to build community and solve the growing isolation crisis.
